The sun has set but I am out here wandering,
Seeking comfort this civilization cannot give,
Longing for a laughter as genuine as my fears .
There is so much to I want to tell you but I have been asked to be an adult.
But you should know that the grass looks greener on social media ?
Here there is a government, there is a system
And it is nothing like home.

I miss the sun and the unorganized organizations,
I miss our girls and the “mundane” orientations about life and love,
I miss the touch of mama and her eyes that burns the devil,
I miss you and our distant present and the future that will unfold.

I should come back soon, I must but I can’t .
I won’t tell you what to do but I must tell you to use your head .
Do not be afraid of suffering,
Nothing is forever, tables turn.
I can feel life gradually sipping from me
But I have chosen to try,
I must live
But if I must die , I want to die at least trying.
