I’m thankful that you chose to write
It is said that a closed mouth doesn’t get fed
Not in Italy, not even in France where every minute is a festival
If the rain will come,
Let it fall on those who refused to watch the stars
Let them drown in their mockery and vilification
This I must say, home is where the heart is
And where you are can only accommodate bodies.
Remember that each day comes with a thread
And what is left of it remains
Don’t try to hold unto yesterday’s thread
It will never roll back
Only make today’s burn slower
So while you are still here
Look forward to what is ahead only.
