Review: “ArMiNNa” By Decipher J. Liman

To decipher words spoken by Decipher, you need a bit of concentration. Hassan and Tanzel must be proud of their friend. Arminna is to pick the ‘oza’ phone, her crush, Decipher wants to leave her a note.

The speaker portrays himself as a shy loner who had always tried to get the attention of the girl he loves but lack of courage didn’t allow. Now that he’s summoned courage to talk, he is asking she lend a listening ear.

Arminna was in turn, a beautiful woman whom the speaker intended to marry and start a family with. She had no idea she had a crush, all she knew was she listened to a poem from a boy one night around half past eight.

The beat, background voices, perfect representation of an Hausa man when needed and the shy-like fearful cracking voice of a boy in love used in the poem helps to perfectly deliver the message to everyone who listens

He (the speaker) tried to make the destination of his final words unpredictable at first. With time, his intentions and perfect story telling skills climaxes the reason for “Za oza phone” to be picked by Arminna.

Arminna is a worthy listen. Decipher gave a lot to be deciphered in this one by praising “Aunty Farara”. Exceptional
