Self-Esteem

Theme: SELF PRAISE/ESTEEM
Title: Primus Inter Pares

I’m a god, a well groomed wild card
Till death, self respect will have guard.

Like breathing Vikings who fought hard,
I’ve sat enough to stand cold fire

A brave creature to admire
I’m cheer leader for muted choir

Another Einstein to inspire,
Words seduce thoughts, wearing no gown.

On my head lies an unseen crown,
In the beauty of art, I drown.

There’s one close to perfect in town,
You’ll find out, continue to stare.

I make mistakes, for life’s not fair,
But a clean heart is one left bare.

For death will strike with none to spare,
A dark world, I choose to be light.

Thing I won’t do is live with fright
First among equals, a might.

There’s a lot more if I should write,
But sketch your dots, make them a line.
