Valar Morghulis

What goes up must come down
Whatever it takes would be paid.
We don’t control who wears the crown
When the time comes none can evade.

However long it takes
How or when it would come is unknown
Heaven and hell would line up for the steaks
Howbeit, both camps know their own.

Only a fool says there is no death
Obsessing over himself, and wine
Own foolishness would seek his breath
One by one, even if his lives are nine.

Not all men would have a home, but
Nearly all tombs are owned by men
Now or a later, every man would own a hut
Not minding if his neighbor has ten.
