Valar Morghulis

Valar morghulis but not today,
Vengeance isn’t all this winter seeks.
Valonqar valar dohaeris to stay,
Voices unheard are heard in the creeks.

Al Amin, the fall and otherwise,
Are for balance; not the gain of Valhalla.
All amidst, family and faces we chastise,
Air, land and the home of the cavalla.

Lurking like nightfall waiting to drown light,
Lose the cradle to bring home the grave.
Leap and dream of dreams that are finite,
Leave in the end with a testimony you can’t save.

Until the dust smells like skin
Under the torment of rain,
Undo the end and the start will begin.
Untie the bag and set free every grain.
