State of Emergency

Sometimes I wonder
Why these things occur
It mostly looks like
Organized chaos
A planned robbery
The perfect distraction.
Why do guns point
From the wrong hands
To the wrong heads?
And we still claim
The leaders are trying
Yet people are dying.
Who do decisions fit
The will of some
And not most, or all?
