The mask on the the masquerade.

It was written that he got lost
In the smoke or something that wasn’t his friend,
But before the smoke and foe,
Life had attempted squeezing life out of him.
Like asteroid falling from the sky,
It hit him with no announcement or apology.

Our paths crossed in May,
While on the quest to find the devil .
I know what I know,
And the story about him has to be rewritten .
“The mask on the masquerade is just a mask “he said.
“No one can ever have it all
But if you look lovingly ,
You will see that the man with the mask is just a man”.
