A Subtle Way To Die

This is how we die
Subtly
First, peel off your feet from love
then hurt the sun by piercing its eyes.
If there’s still water in its heart, shake the skies
remove the daffodils around your lies
say the truth by its first name.
If you must die, then be ready for hell
to haven your grief, learn to walk in the light.
Secondly, do this where there is night.
Thirdly, collect the mirrors of heaven
Fourthly, jump on the seat of God
make sure you’re not barefoot
Lastly, humor life and laugh out loud
your chi will give you the drumbeat to your tomb.
