2. Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding. I’ve seen that with pain comes a lesson one must ensure to learn.

5. Even as the stone of the fruit must break, that its heart may stand in the sun, so must you know pain. Would rewrite it as “Even as the seed of the fruit must break, that its heart may stand in the sun, so must you know pain.”
6. The main theme is the balance of pain and pleasure. Pain is as important as pleasure(joy).
