April Fools

Is it true the fools fall on that day?
Those on clouds of deceit, on clouds of laughter
they become a wool wounded by a cool lie.
No wonder people fall like the King Monada’s song of South Africa.
Those who confess and later call true words a prank.
Give a date a crown, make it a King without a kingdom.
Every eye look with deeper meanings while they see
shallow truths living in a blink of a sturdy page,
Some knockouts can even sound close to the whisper sssssshhhh.
Are we really living to tell a truth that is a lie?

Deception tells the best jokes, the best jokes come from deceit
A cool lie that freezes your laughter
So when the song starts killing you softly, you will fall
Their are ranks to these pranks
Any clown can give meaning to folly
But the deeper you look, the deeper you get roped in their lies
Falsehood comes alive when fed by a belief
Ssssshhhhhhh I hear their words approaching
How can this fun game, make someone foolish?
