Why fool a fellow on the fourth month?
My first prank erupted tears
Like a clown in a pool of sorrow,
I cried and laughed
I’m glad we have outgrown the age
When the whole of March was used to plan for fools day
Cheap pranks are old fashioned
Everyone wakes up prepared on fools day
