Questions birthing questions
With no answers just suggestions.
What makes children childish,
Did God create us Wildish?

Who gave colours their names,
Why don’t all men have manes?
Why is the sky blue,
Why do people die without a clue?

What if our truth is a lie,
What happens to us when we die?
Everything is governed in our lives,
Why can’t we read from the Vatican archives?

Not to ask is to be blind,
To ask is to seek and find.
But ask too much its becomes sin,
In a debate with God? You can’t win.

Questions birthing questions,
With no answers just suggestions,
Ask too much, it is blasphemy,
Ask and become God’s enemy.
