The Water Settles For Me

Lost in the wilderness,
a rowdy lonely path ahead,
hiding from the cold of the sun,
breathing souls have disappointed,
no comfort pillow in the hearts of men.
A worthy ally is needed,
attention to be diverted to nature,
who deserves the treasure of trust?
Sun rises and set,
stars shine and fade away,
rain drops and ceases,
but water,
might be calm or raving,
cold or warm,
salty or dirty.
But water,
settles it for all,
reigniting hope and assuring the best.
