Forgive Me If I Don’t Believe You

Today is going to be another last time
But you’ll always do it again
I’ve been patient enough
I’m not going to see this through
I know you have a passion for drawing
But my blood isn’t your paint

You ran my head into the wall with wet paint
It’s not only a black eye this time
Seems like nearer my death is drawing
You’ll soon start begging and pleading again
After all the therapies we’ve been through
It seems it’s my life you want, my blood is not enough

Of these dramas, I’ve had enough
The picture of a martyr, I’m not trying to paint
I’d be dead soon if I don’t think this through
I’ve exhausted all my energy. I’m leaving this time.
Going to start my life over again.
Away from the artist who never had a drawing.
