In The Middle Of A Dream

Fast forward to reality
When I began to dream.
About living, loving and life,
And a wife and child in the mix of it all.
I would wake up and it’d all be gone,
Except that look of hope in the eyes of wish.

Reality finally granted this wish
And this fear is now in reality.
The nights of merely dreaming are gone.
We are scared of what could happen In a dream.
It is even harder wishing at all
Because the universe brings them to life.

Now this is the summary of my life:
To be careful what I wish for in a wish.
I beg just for a little or nothing at all,
To never ask much of reality.
To wake reality in a dream,
And in sleep, have all of my reality gone.
