One helluva Eulogy

He came with a heavy, empty suitcase
Carrying upon his already weary shoulders
The responsibilities of a family first
Then a community desperately in need of change
If we had found ourselves before Christ
This one would have been idolised
A matyr for the liberation of the people
“Don’t get more things done,
just get the right things done,” he’d say
Of what use then is a man’s life
If his life’s worth vanishes in his absence
Go on now, enjoy the lightness of being
It’s good night my dear friend
But your manhood will live on,
Forever!
