Mother Nature

You have man, water and fire
You have all the choir
Mother Nature,
What do you desire?

All of us are some of you
Blackened by your deep bowels
Still serving us despise,
Swallowing young and old
Holding our gaze captives
We don’t know what we don’t know
Teach us dear Mother
We quiver, shriek
We destroy everything we touch
You hold, make everything whole
Green, strong and rich
Everything but man
Do you destroy us
Because we destroy you, Mother?

You have man, water and fire
You have all the choir
Mother Nature,
What do you desire?
