Tomorrow won’t be the same

Promises of new constellations
empty links filled with imaginations
The pictures have only brought pain
We have learnt to bury emotions

The world will not end tomorrow
It ended yesterday
Along with hissing fires
In boiling mountains
Under swords with blood lust
Over open wounds
that never stop oozing.
Tomorrow has the world undone
Staggering with unknown cures
And deserted spaces.
Faces willingly masked
Intentions seemingly masked
Masquerades make for the highway exit
With chipped off warning signs.

Promises of new constellations
empty links filled with imaginations
The pictures have only brought pain
We have learnt to bury emotions
