My Wins, My wins, My wins
Dear Me,
This mayest not be So Long a Letter
But I pray thee to find meaning
In these few words and the spaces between them
I pray thee that these words would
Punctuate the beautiful soul of life
Telling you why not every mark is a scar
And to breath sometimes,
You need commas and not full stops.
I will always speak to you the truth
Even if I have got no tongue or tooth
I would tell you who you are
I’d tell you slowly, gently but firm like it’s a massage
So you’d relax this time, open your heart and lungs
Breathe in the wind, to fill in your pride
Sometimes the fall may come before the pride
So get up! Clean the bruise and come take your ride
Can you remember the good times and tide,
When you were so pulchritudinous and mild,
And this your beauty shattered the skulls of many men
In this city?
Stretch down your memories
To times in school when
The sky was below your feet
And your grades always ascend to heaven
You’re wonderful like the pyramids of Egypt
Made with the finest soil in Eden
Greatest among your equals
Your future is so bright that it’d blind the eyes of your foe
I make these words the angels that’d be your guide
I pray you always wear them like crowns
Remember, smiles take away the frowns
Be happy always
Yours Sincerely
Tochi
