In Experience

I was the expected leader of the pack
I’ve held unto knowledge as my stronghold
I lost my nanny when I was 6
I tell you sincerely, I didn’t understand then
Once I dislocated my shoulder,
Twice I went on exile
I bought street loyalty by being loyal
I love the pur of my cats
I‘ve been scared of attachments
I’ve seen it ruin humanity
I’m currently learning how to not die
I learned to be calm no matter what
I’ve heard funny stories about me
I’ve had some moments I want to relive
I once tried becoming an atheist
And only one Bible verse showed me God
I have eaten snail and frog meat
I witnessed the crises in J town
I will testify that there is a Creator
I have stories true that you won’t believe
I found love in purring cats
