What kindness will never say

Kindness does not boast,
It is not proud
Neither is it haughty.
It does not say:
“You’re not my tribe I cannot help,”
It does not post on social media
When it gives to the needy.
Kindness understands that humans
are all different,
So it treats every human
the way humans should be treated.
Kindness would not say
“What will I get in return
because nothing goes for nothing,”
It will smile and stretch forth its arms
to offer wholeheartedly what it has
without doubt or thought of what
it could get in return.
