Pack up and leave! (With Audio)

Which of my supposed right was wrong?
Our hearts beat like the temple gong,
You made up your mind without even a talk,
Your thoughts now tick without me as the tock,
Our emotions drowned in the echo of your hush,
My body melts every time I remember your blush,
Everything we were, you let it fade with the wind,
Your back against me and your eyes turned blind,
You gave love meaning and defined pain too,
It makes my eyes leak knowing you’ll be gone, adieu.

I know these dumb walls shall be my ‘earwitness’,
Your conscience shall be my eyewitness
That I did all I could to be the one,
To be fun while you run until you’re done,
But since to be left alone is what you insist,
I guess good things die young and we made the list,
A thing that makes life fair is that memories don’t last,
The moments of yestreen will live in the past,
One last request, please, I am on my knees,
As you leave, don’t you dare to come back; please.
