As Human As I Am

Ignore my little lies,
Procrastination isn’t a sin,
Sometimes all I can is compromise
Or make a promise and don’t fulfill,
Allow me step on toes and pretend
Like I did nothing, allow me fall,
Know a warning and do the opposite,
Let me feel pains, allow my tears to flow,
Let the wings of deceit flap on my mind,
When i lust, allow me, so I learn to love,
Pardon me to break hearts, mine too will be broken,
I’ll read books, pretend the author wasn’t talking to me,
Whenever I dream, allow me fantasize;
Breathing isn’t enough for living
Making mistakes make me human.
