What numbers Count

From all figures fetched from our pockets
Nothing needs to be counted for clarity.
Those tokens and tithes we spend on lockets
Are payments for prayers we decree.
Blessings are beautiful beings
So are shades of cursory complaints
Faintly nebulous but nicely numbed.
