SESAME STREET

I left my beliefs a few years back
I wonder how I ever turned my back.

It was to me, my life or death
Being younger is a place I want back

Sometimes I have sleepless nights
My old beliefs want me back

I search through my things and boxes
A faint hope held me to get them back

Good and bad is a double-lane road
Please tell me how to find ease back

My new beliefs try to convince me
All in the vein of getting my heart back

Caught between owning my present life
And desperately wanting the old one back

If I could loose and let it go
Maybe, I might get my head back

There is no way there is no way
My eyes must be open to find my way back

He had the world’s wheel in his hands
Olaveez, the man I really want back.
