The Door Opens At Both Sides

Head on or hind quarters,
As long as both hands can simultaneously handle a door knob,
The door opens at both sides.
Both sides of an angry man,
Reaching for rage and inner peace,
Both sides of a wretched story,
Reaching for survival and diligent devotion,
Both sides of an affluent,
Reaching for consistency and generosity,
Both sides of an indolent script,
Reaching for extra comfort and extra pay,
Both sides of the universe,
Balancing good and evil,
Since they are now medieval,
And all things are now moral.
The door opens at both sides,
Not to receive much crowd,
Not to creak at every turn of the handle
But to give you an alternative,
When one specific path suits you more.
