When To Quit

Plenty tears would drop, blood would even spill
Plenty sweat would drip to fill an ocean
Tasks would sure rise, but won’t foot any bill

Life is a dog race, always in motion
After the horn blows, no turning back now
Keep your head straight, stay true to your portion

Stay tough as a tree, trees don’t break, they bow
The storm would seek to break you, be a tree
Take every blow that comes no matter how

Every stage in life has a lock and key
If you can’t fly, run, you just have to try
If you can’t run, walk or crawl on your knee

When you quit is when you lose breath and die
Never lose heart, to all your fears, say bye.
