2016: EB POETS EXERCISE CI

Theme:
Stories About Heroes
All of them, heroes in their own right.
After a few cups of coffee and biscuits
The terms stood at 20th October, 1960.
Let’s shelve it in the East, no! South, no! West
The game was returned in shreds
Three pieces, each on a different shelve
“The labour of our heroes past”
Shall remain like a sun collected in a jar. ~ Tee2emm

These faces are frames hung and worshiped
Alive you are dead, a fist in a water bucket
When you die, friends and family would only ask why
For your good, your bad, your gain and losses
The rains that fell should have come with faucets
Your earnings drowned inside the coffin where you’re laid
And more is written on the column of your bereavement page
But what use are the titles; Hero and Legend at this stage?-Leon
