Farmers, pounded yam, streams, family, mountains
Predominantly traditional worshippers until Christianity and Islam watered them down
Erege mountain, ebuge lake, Otolom stream
Akala of Ikaramu
People have been advised to not speak any other tribe asides Ikirom at the local stream because history has shown that people who do get chased by snakes or bees. The usual sacrifice/appeasement is singing the lake’s appraisal (even Yoruba isn’t allowed)
polyandry used to be a common practice.
