a herder that chooses to
fall in love with the animals,
wouldn’t sell to a butcher,
too emotional to slaughter,
will end up with many friends,
will have more from mating,
will cater from his pocket,
will have no profit to continue,
will wallow in debt and misery.
when there’s famine and food,
the hungry child is one sight
away from stealing from the
market when no one is looking.
