Bloody stains need a bloody clean
To wash away the sin.
The sin of yesterday is
on forgiving.
The Innocent is in chains but the guilty is seeking to be free.
To be free. To turn a new leaf..
He can’t rewrite new story on old sheet.
He can’t repeat the race running in same shoes.
Many are called but the chosen are few
So he tried sitting on the front pew.
He is looking above,
Waiting for God’s mercy to fall upon him like the morning dew.
It is Good News.
That his sin has been crossed.
