Ten Years and a wish

be addressed as Dr,
the husband to an achiever,
the owner of several estates,
the brother to an officer,
the brother to an Economist.

10 years from today,
I won’t speak poetically,
not confusing my requests;
I want to be a point of reference,
a source of motivation to earn.

to be involved in politics,
to show my Uncles that helping
family is a good choice to make,
I want Nigeria to be better,
I want to be a part of the future.
