Equality and Gender

I have learnt that to eat,
a man may have to leave
out some food on the table,
some words should be unsaid,
some thoughts not shared,
some opinions not disclosed.

I have learnt that to live,
a man has to unlearn
and be willing to relearn

I have learnt that to grow,
one has to drink water,
take a walk,
eat healthily,
respect everybody,
and mind their business.
