Equality and Gender

If
man withdrew his rib
against the creation of a woman,
God would make her from a rock
If
a woman refuses
to bring forth a man through birth,
God would use an animal.
No one is that important
that the other should be below
Or beside, or invisible to
the view of relevance.
Should it be equality or equity?
Can we all cope
with the balance?
