Green Fields

Green fields are everywhere
Depending on where you’re standing
The mountain before you could be very high
On the other side is someone else’s valley
It’s so annoying
To see the thieves
Occupy the lush gardens of life
While we run to slave in other gardens
That may never be ours to have
These fields will dry one day
Until the grassroots die completely
The rain will come again
And we will sprout
With fresh leafy blades
To cut unrepentant fields
