Today’s Biographies

Vera Jemimah Bonny is the first and only daughter of Bonny Baye Kaburuk. She was born in Borno State Nigeria and she has lived in the north all her life and has only one sibling, a younger brother.

She comes from Kaduna state, but her family is based in Jos where she has spent a better part of her life.

She attended Bethany International college University of Jos, she Hope’s to pursue her masters in film studies soon.

She has worked in the area of broadcast journalist, media relations and as a communication specialist. She currently lives and works in Abuja where she is pursuing a career in filmmaking.

She has written several scripts and loves to tell stories. She also writes poetry on an online platform known as Ebartsng.org.  She hopes to be one of the best directors to come out of Nigeria, both in the local and international scene.

She loves engaging in body fitness activities such as yoga and dancing. She watches movies a lot and also listens to good music. She is adventurous and dreams of travelling round the world. She has an exotic taste and loves luxury.

Lastly, she feels in a world where you can be cruel or self absorbed, choose to be kind and fill your mind with goodness.
