Hurry. Sparkle. Be anybody

too much has been said about being
it gets confusing
how we should and shouldn’t be
we’re already human beings
why are we often reminded?
why must we be led like one blinded?
to be should be a suggestion
why does everyone question?
why does everyday wake up
with something to say?
no need to hurry?
no need to sparkle?
this in itself is an obstacle.
this right here is why we
may be unable to be.
