Coro
work for a few weeks has travelled?
no more nights in the clouds
just me and this tiny bowl
of thoughts hanging round my head
enough song to write about you

until I am tired of the routine
learning to heal, hurt then heal again
is this the end
do all men die?
is God asleep or has he changed his mind?

we need to go into the out
we have learnt how to talk better
we have learnt the secrets at home
there’s so much to be done with no time
and been sick is not one of them.
