For men who do good

Conscience up and breathe
sing the songs of the cosmos.
There’s a tornado of love
howling over the roof of your hearts.
Tell it to the world by fate
live into your fairy dates.
There are homes for you
built with beans and strawberries.
So to you men of tender hearts
woman your anger, tighten your stern
Dip your hands in the souvenir of pain
forget where it hurts
only a fatal wound forgets blood exists,
It goes deeper than the whale
it’s the deeds that make the man
not a roundabout of it.
