Today I am grateful

Debt is a huge weight to not carry
While moving around with uncertainty
For family that sticks better than glue
And friends with words that bring relief
For the cold that saves bathing water
And the heat that saves from the cold
For strangers who guide like angels
Adversities that die with time
For strength to face another day
For shoulders that work without complains
For the night that brings reasons to sleep
And the cock that crows to remind of life
Thankful for the home that allows rest
Put food on the table without pay
For the man I was, is and will be.
