Rome
World’s seat of true knowledge,
a capital of politics
houses the famous St. Peter’s Square
Houses the Vatican City as well.
Augustus, and Julio Cesar once ruled the world from there
Conquering Germania, Jerusalem, Asia and Africa as well.
Capua and Ephesus are proteges of Rome.
I heard they once fought in arenas
and fed people to beasts,
I know Italy has the best food to offer,
and wine and women too,
And the Vatican is just a stone throw away
I’ll walk in to greet the Pope
I hope to spend the rest of my life in his archives.
