Grave Poem

To Thaddeus:
We know you survived
We know you lived.
You’re one
We’re not.

The cross would say
Way before today
Of how you grieved
We did
You did

Is it true?
How real is after?
Where is laughter?
Did it?
Will you?

To Thaddeus:
I still have questions
I have confessions
To share
With you
