What I Am


Lollipop, lots of lilac and a large lily
Are things you shouldn’t wave in the face of this lady.

Lazily looking at the laundry
Never let her close to that territory.

Liability to locality and language, not at all lucky,
Her tribal intonations are funny.

Laughter looks like long lines,
A thing her face never lacks, check the bloodlines.

Long long old dreams of ladybirds and lions,
What she admires most are dandelions.
