All I wanted was to be light
That shines, bringing peace to your night,
Guard your heart with care, be thy knight,
Worship your body like a rite,
Countless notes I wanted to write,
Be the perfect stain to your white,
For I loved you with all my might,
But you didn’t listen to my plight,
Always saw me out of your sight,
You ne’er showed love, not e’en a byte,
Till I booked emotions a flight
To another sky that is bright,
Was hard but I learnt to fight fright,
