I Found Where God Is Hiding

God is master in playing hide and seek; but I have found the place where God is hiding, and it is not above the stars like the Sunday school teacher said, neither is it beneath the light-less darkness of ocean floors, nor the paradise we all read and dream about. And when I saw him, he looked exactly like me. With the same name, and the same voice, and the same colour of eye, and the same smile. Only that he was God, and I was me.

“It took you long to get here”, he said, hoping I had reached him sooner. But these humans had weighed on me, pulled me down and choked me. It took me years, to learn how to fight and detach from them. It took me year to find my closet, where God was hiding and waiting for me to seek him.
