Hieroglyphic Silence

Seeing is believing, they say
Words grow wings and find their way
But pictures will stay little while longer
With no noise, just something stronger.

Loud drumming and hands hanging
They come with cymbals clanging
And voices that speaks nothing
Drowned in deceit spring

Clamour and banter for power
Should have gone too sour
Let’s do more listening with our eyes
And the nothing to our ears, we severe ties.

Save us from voices in our head, and
The noise you bring with your band
Save us from all saint’s talk
And save our chicks from any hawk.
