Shawl of Time

She has covered the beginning
The robe living through existence,
If I dare call her by her name
My face wrinkles will have her say.

She has fought alongside soldiers,
alongside the church foundation.
Even after pain disarmed us
She lived through the scars and healed wounds.

Whatever the master calls you
I will not forget my heart’s blood.
For living at the wrong second,
for showing me shadows and night.

Shawl of before, now and to come,
this is my will, my one command
‘Let your mirror hang in my car,
Dent on those things that used to hurt’

You, who covered the beginning
The robe that lived through existence,
Yes! I will call you by your name
I don’t fear the wrinkles of wrong.
