Street Signs

Stop! Street sighs lurking everywhere.
It is not time to venture out
Dares and deer, all trying to cross
Some kangaroos might come hoping,

Broken street lights do not scare them.
These lines drawing your attention
They come painted in black and white
That wound has not healed properly

Please, slow down! A bump lies ahead.
I know you have looked left and right,
Have you entered his inner courts?
Or even tried his trivial list.

Those zigzags are a warning sign
Wait for your world to turn yellow
Tomorrow’s wind might speed this course
So that these arrows point you right.
