Deleted Messages

Some messages should not be read
By anyone other than me
Alone.

For most of them will just break hearts;
Tearing down trust it took life times
To build.

A million words deep down my heart
That are better left unsaid and
Unheard.

Truth be told; there is no message
Worthy to be read past three times,
Not one.

Some are read twice then kept in mind
Most are read once, then we all press
Delete.
